Id rather take a corse in advanced bio chemistry than watch this dumpster fire of a movie agian. 1/10 absolute trash. No pacing, no engagement, see though plot, poor managment of charictors, all around horrible movie. At least 10 people walked out of the theater during my veiwing which honestly was more entertaining than the movie itself. The guy behind me said to his wife "if i fake a heart attack do you think we can get a refund" most laughs in the theater the whole night.

We're going to watch this movie in my college class. It's a class called "Monsters In America" and lots of horror movies were assigned, but this is like a special treat for the last day of class. So I figured I'd do my research, because I thought this movie was about sharks.

If feel as thought the government was actually trying to hide the "patients", because they make sure that people are dead so that no one can find out about this. I bet these patients are victims of Chernobyl, mutated offspring of the victims, and/or people who snuck in and just got hit with large amounts of radiation. The radiation warped their minds and they now are extremely aggressive . I also believe the reason they took Amanda in was to see if she had more larger amounts of radiation in her than her friend did and if she would turn into one of the patients. When they noticed she didn't they feed her to the others, however in the other ending she did and it looked like they might have been trying to stop the change from occuring, though failing in the end. It all just seems like the government was trying to keep the lost causes a secret and experiment on them to try and find a treatment for this problem.

If you thought this movie was serious thriller then your expectations where wrong in the first place. This movie is a dark comedy/thriller, more similar to Happy Death Day, Assasination Nation and Mayhem.
