Sneeze/cough. Do NOT sneeze/cough into your hands. Instead, sneeze, cough into your elbow.
A post regarding Wuhan has become pretty popular on Reddit linking this video. I decided to take a look because I was fairly confident in my handwashing/process documentation abilities. It sounds superfluous and easy to skip over if it's second nature to you but in this video they forgot to put when you should wet your hands. As someone who has yet to see anyone wash their hands correctly, it's at the beginning and the end. Following the same steps for lathering. I would ask that this get remade before it starts causing trouble but I realize that this cannot always be done and would ask for at least some notation on the video.
Another important note that could still apply to the common man is getting the wrists, my personal rule is if you were to stretch your palm as far back or forward as possible, the whole bend between your hand and forearm should be cleaned.
Another note is time for washing but I always have regarded things like this as useless. You can spend two hours 'washing' your hands but it doesn't matter if you never get the backsides of them. My answer is enough time to confidently feel that you've hit all areas of both hands at each step of wetting, lathering with soap, and rinsing with water.
