Vignesh Sivan is the mood maker. Helped everyone relax. Roped in Nelson and the chemistry is bomb. What a fun conversation even with bhargava involved.

Can we take a moment to appreciate and throughly applaud the mutual respect and love flowing amid the round table. It was such a balanced and enjoyable discussion!!! Did not expect to enjoy Vijay's contribution this much at all. He was so analytical and so polite , and appreciating the others without sounding phony. Loved how they included Baddy in a Q & A session toward the end haha

@1:03:37 one of the good moments in the interview where vignesh sivan breaks down how big the scale was for soorarai pottru, by comparing about making a story around a car and how difficult it is to make it to assemble back to position for reshoots where she managed to do that with flights. The sudden change in the volume of the speech he brings to elevate the emotion of the scale just adds the flavour.

These kind of round table teaches us a lot about film making and i loved how healthy the conversation was...and it's more of a reunion where lot of frnds meet after a very long time and share their old memories and experiences.

This was so fun to watch (thanks for the subtitles), just the lack of egos/vanity was refreshing to see (It's rare in the north & west and the simplicity & authenticity all the participants displayed was honestly so good to see as well) and all of them being interested in the others' genres too provided a wholesome viewing experience. I don't understand tamil completely. With subtitles it was one of the educational and fun interviews. Film companion has been like Bible for a lot of film makers. There is so take aways from every interview.
