Wonder how much the Congress paid off Raghuram Rajan to agree with this NYAY scheme, Minimum Income Guarantee Schemes have failed in European nations where they were implemented, so how the hell do these idiots think it will succeed in India, its just going to be a free for all for the crooked politicians, just like many other projects the Congress is famous for implementing, crooks will do anything and say anything to get into power. Its a win-win for the Congress regardless of whether the NYAY succeeds or fails the Congress party will fill its coffers, so win-win for them, not the people its meant to help.
Where will the money really come from, if it has to succeed it will create so much debt for the nation since the majority of people don't pay their fair share of taxes?
One way this scheme will succeed, in filling the pockets of the crooked Congress politicians without fail, just watch them make people line up and give them kickbacks to avail the scheme even if they are not entitled to it, they say its only for the poor, what is the definition of Poor, in India everyone considers themselves poor a many earning 25,000 rupee's per month living in Mumbai is poor, or most big cities.
